ROLE

The purpose of this role is to increase the health, happiness, and sustainability of our students through Powerbatics bodyweight strength and skills training. Physical Therapists (Athletics Client Success Executives) understand that they are more than "PTs," or "Coaches," but that they are the THE PERSON that will help get a student past their own limiting beliefs, physical roadblocks, and across the goal line and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport and trust. They must be diligent, humble, tenacious and ready to learn and implement our systems. They are motivated by helping our students achieve the highest levels of success. Physical Therapist (Athletics Client Success Executives) understand that the coaching process itself is a choreographed experience that ensures the success of the student and keeps them coming back for more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives in a smooth onboarding process and Kickoff Call
  • Maintain a clear, up to date, and accurate student notes
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with students over extended periods using our systems
  • Ensure that 1:1's are being conducted consistently and that each 1:1 is ending on a high-note with a win/victory
  • Encouraging students to share wins/victories with others as well as outside (social media, friends, family, etc.)
  • Document all interactions with all students in the "notes" section
  • Educate students on our training and renewal processes
  • Allow Senior Physical Therapist (Athletics Client Success Executive) to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available for 8 hour shift daily to take calls, meet with Team, train, etc. (timezone to be determined)
  • Assist with renewing students
  • Increase client success with creating, assessing, and modifying custom plans to address muscle imbalances and overcompensations
  • Conduct Level Tests and give certificates to students who perform the required skills
  • Collect and curate outstanding student video content
  • Train how we train (Powerbatics Bodyweight Strength & Sklill) to "practice what we preach" (you don't need to be an expert, just part of the community and training)

RESULTS

  • Maintain 80% renewal rate for all students
  • Ensure that your coaching gets 5-star reviews on Google
  • Build relationships such that your clients want to bring you referrals
  • Effective communication with the rest of staff
  • All internal systems and communications requirements are properly followed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Humble, diligent, tenacious
  • High-volume client caseload
  • Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference
  • Experience with business to customer (B2C)
  • Must have knowledge of basic anatomy, biomechanics, and athletic terminology
  • Open to learning new processes and systems
  • Routines-driven
  • Enjoys a fast pace
  • Accurate work
  • Self-sufficient, good time management, receptive to input
  • Well organized, won't let anything slip through the cracks

SALARY

  • Starts at $60,000 per year, plus bonuses

  • Remote, but our headquarters are in Alaska if interested
