JOB TITLE:   

Data Integrity Internship

JOB PURPOSE:   

This internship offers valuable professional experience working with the Senior Constituent Data Analyst (SCDA) at the University of Wyoming Foundation. The intern's first objective will be to acquire the appropriate skills necessary to conduct database maintenance projects as defined by the SCDA.

   Knowledge of the critical data functions of the UWF
   Professional experience working with a diverse group of team members working toward a similar mission
   Knowledge of Advancement Services functions related to the nonprofit sector
   Valuable project management experience
   Database management capabilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

   Reactive constituent data updates and additions
   Proactive data quality projects that include developing data audits, acquiring relevant records, and making the appropriate modifications
   Historical data research on constituent records

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

   In pursuit of a minimum of a bachelors level degree

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

   Desire to learn about Advancement Services and the Data Strategy related to efforts of the UWF
   Strong attention to detail
   Works well independently as well as collaboratively
   Ability to learn and utilize various software programs related to database management
   Excellent communication skills both interpersonal and written
