Warrior Precast LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Precast Sales Representative to market and sell our high-quality precast products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of the building industry. Join our team and help us expand our market reach by developing new sales leads and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Who we are:
Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC is privately owned and operated. Our Founder had been building homes for 15 years before discovering Superior Walls in 2000. After realizing how Superior Walls decreased labor costs & kept his projects on track coming out of the ground, he brought some of his customers together to create Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC. While we manufacture our panels in Rock Island, TN, we currently serve Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern and Central counties in Alabama and Georgia.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Market and Sell Warrior Precast products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify and develop prospective customers and sales leads.
  • Follow up and close on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote Warrior Precast LLC products and services by attending industry trade shows and events.
  • Professionally represent the company in all customer interactions.
  • Inspect and approve building sites for suitable access for wall carriers and cranes.
  • Educate customers on our builder's manual and ensure they understand and follow it.
  • Perform Follow up visits to assure builders are satisfied as they begin to frame.
  • Maintain minimum daily prospecting goals set by the sales manager.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (provided by WPC LLC).
  • Ability to learn and understand WPC LLC building site requirements.
  • Previous sales experience in building products is preferred.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to educate inspectors and officials for product acceptance.
  • Proficiency in reading and estimating from builder's provided drawings.
  • Ability to maintain composure in various environments.
  • Quick learner with the ability to obtain product knowledge through WPC LLC product training.
  • Ability to handle privileged communications and confidential information.
  • Willingness to work and travel within a defined local area, as required to achieve company goals.
  • Basic computer skills necessary to accomplish duties.
  • Possession of an insurable driving history.
  • Maintain clean, neat attire and good personal hygiene.

Experience Requirement:
Possess and retain a valid driver's license for non-CDL transport.

Education Requirement:
High School level Math skills, including some minor algebraic/geometric math application skills.

Schedule:
  • Full time - Monday to Friday

Work Location:
  • Remote to the location being serviced i.e. Mussel Shoals, AL Tri Cities TN, Cookeville, TN, Southern Middle Tennessee etc.
