This position is perfect for that person looking to work remotely from their home. PDI Enterprise Pricebook experience is required.


Purpose:

To maintain information efficiently and accurately in Pricebook in the company’s PDI Enterprise (back-office) system.


Responsibilities:

The Pricebook Analyst is an important member of the RMI team, allowing us to maintain critical item and vendor information efficiently and accurately in the back-office system. Doing so allows for customers in the store to be charged an accurate retail price and for the company to accurately record the cost of the product and vendor information to maintain accurate financial data for reporting purposes. The Pricebook Analyst’s primary duties and responsibilities are:

  • Verifies data accuracy to assist stores in maintenance of inventory
  • Input & maintain item level detail information including pricing, promotional activity, cost changes, new & discontinued items, and others
  • Builds and maintains price zones and rules as directed, suggests methods for efficiency and improvement
  • Build and import data necessary for new-site acquisitions
  • Regularly pulls reports and information necessary for the Chief of Staff or marketing team to review costs, retails, and margins
  • Troubleshoots issues, analyses data to spot anomalies and potential problems
  • Responds to tickets entered by stores and vendors for information, and updates to information
  • Other duties as assigned

Performance Indicators

To be successful in this position, regular review of efficiency and accuracy of the data being inputted will occur and regular feedback provided. This position is critical to the consistent operations of the site, and continued improvement and reduction in repeated occurrences of issues is how we look at performance at RMI.
