Position Summary: 

The Product Content Associate is responsible for writing the content on the company product pages, category pages, video scripts, blogs, and other locations as needed, coordinating with the merchandising department to effectively merchandise products and categories, and reviewing/approving user submitted content such as product reviews, company testimonials, and other related content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work with Category Merchandiser to help promote car audio categories.

• Write and format product descriptions.

• Write blog articles and educational articles.

• Write additional web content as required.

• Monitor product reviews for quality.

• Write scripts for product and educational videos.

• Manage feature list, guided browsing, and accessories for respective categories.

• Updating existing web content and data.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 

• English writing proficiency.

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

• Type 35+ WPM.

• Excellent internet research skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to successfully meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical knowledge of Car Audio/Car Video products.

• Experience with selling and cross promoting car audio.

• Understanding of customer car audio needs and wants.

• Experience with basic HTML/CSS coding.

• Lively and personable on-screen personality.

• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

• Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
