Job Description:

Product manager with outage experience
• Knowledge of SAP ISU integration a plus
• Strong product and project management skill
• Strong PPT creation and excel data analysis skill
• Participate in scope definition, technical solution design, budget estimation and resource plan for the project.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions. Risk management and contingency plans preparation considering the technical and business ecosystem where the project is located
• Elaborate Project Definition and Project Reports and participation in Project Committees
• Monitoring and Control of all tasks and milestones of the project, especially those that are in the critical path
• Contribute to Lead technical solutions implementation in coordination and aligned with the client Technical strategy
• Coordinate IOC cross-functional teams. Hold regular program/project status meetings
• Interaction and collaboration with local and global senior management and across all business units and organizations to coordinate project planning
• Support the development of project management procedures
• Support the identification of the training needs. Preparation of the training plan.
• Project close - after project tasks are completed - perform project evaluation, highlight project success and/or learnings from project history
• Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Develop and maintain technical documentation as an outcome for the Projects
