Program Analyst
Job Overview: J3 Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team. The Program Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer’s Cybersecurity division, particularly in COR file system development, onboarding support, and the development of a Cybersecurity COR Handbook. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the COR team to develop a structured Cybersecurity COR file system.
- Organize contract documentation into contract-specific sub-folders, improving accessibility and management of critical documents.
- Maintain and update the filing system to ensure all necessary documentation is readily available to CORs, Analysts, and other authorized individuals within Acquisition Management.
- Enhance documentation practices and accessibility to support efficient contract management and compliance.
- Support ongoing knowledge management development by creating a library of resources to discover best practices and pain points within the overall process.
- Assist with the onboarding of Cybersecurity contractors by developing and implementing a comprehensive tracking process.
- Adhere to established customer protocols for onboarding, offboarding, transferring, and recertifying contractors.
- Foster transparency and structure in communication by providing clear, accessible information to vendors, the customer, and other relevant parties.
- Develop a comprehensive Cybersecurity COR Handbook encapsulating essential phases of the contracting process—Pre-Award and Post-Award.
- Detail procedural steps from initial contract request through assignment, management, and eventual closeout.
- Standardize and clarify roles and responsibilities of stakeholders and CORs in contract management to ensure consistent application across all engagements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in program analysis, contract management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
