INTRODUCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS
Responsible for creating and executing an annual Strategic Plan, developing strategic goals, identifying business opportunities, and guiding the growth of your designated program by leading efforts to grow the business.
Responsible for production, staff performance, monitoring workflow output, quality, and customer services.
Serves as regional liaison between partners, contractors, and job seekers; develops techniques to support overall program objectives, including being visible/tabling at outreach and hiring events, outreach, and supports the CCD programs. Serves as a program ambassador for their region, public speaking/presentations, and identifies new growth opportunities.
Responsible for managing customer relationships.
Responsible for pursuits through captures, hiring resources, contracts management, and meeting and/or exceeding financial goals, progress reporting as required by your EVP, and minimizing the company’s expenses without compromising high-quality operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for achieving annual goals and objectives.
