High-Level Responsibilities:
- Develop project tracking tools and systems to document milestone completions, project issues, jeopardies, and overall project progress.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications, both written and oral.
- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and reporting on key process-focused objectives.
Prime Responsibilities: The Program Manager for the Bill on Behalf of (BoBo) Program within Verizon Business Group is tasked with achieving revenue expectations through the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all BoBo program components, including systems management, reporting, program management, and go-to-market support.
- Assist partners in admission to the BoBo program, guiding them on systems and structuring their offerings. Provide training on VMP system, Salesforce, and Partner Marketing Builder.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of partner BoBo offers to successfully present partner solutions to committees comprising Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Tax, Cost Assurance, and Commissions. Resolve any resulting questions or issues.
- Assist and present to sales teams, channel partners, internal sales, and cross-functional workgroups.
- Maintain training materials, OSTs, enrollment flyers, etc.
- Manage day-to-day operational issues such as customer enrollment, bill label selection, account/Mobile Telephone Numbers (MTNs) selection, pending enrollments, and BTA limit transactions.
- Address inconsistencies in charges and billing, credit issues, and partner payment anomalies. Build cases for credit requests, providing detailed financial analysis and partner/customer information.
- Handle operational support requests from customers, partners, customer service, and Verizon sales teams.
- Coordinate with the product team to assist in testing processes in UAT and production environments. Analyze system failures and coordinate resolution efforts.
