Position Description: Program Services Manager
As a Program Services Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing significant portions of the program, managing client and stakeholder relationships, oversight of cross-functional teams, and driving results. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering on client goals and meeting customer service standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee designated portions of the utility energy efficiency delivery program.
- Provide overall program strategy, mentorship, coaching and support to program managers, project coordinators, field personal and other team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage contract, outreach, budget, forecasting, savings, and/or client reporting.
- Provide feedback and participate in client meetings and events.
- Provide support and coordination for other implementation projects, program processes and other managers as needed.
- Continue expanding electrification knowledge through participation in industry specific seminars, classes, and online training opportunities to provide a broader range of understanding and support to customers.
Research future trends and models to continually provide clients with innovative and effective products, services, and programs.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or related technical certifications in energy efficiency, building science, or engineering.
- 8+ years of energy efficiency experience, preferably in the utility energy efficiency realm.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office software programs, specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability working in an ambiguous environment.
- Executive level written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods at a computer; data entry, proficient typing.
- Talking on the telephone or video conference calls for extended periods of time.
- Speak/hear. Provide clear, accurate communication, hear telephone.

- A solid internet connection and a dedicated and fully equipped home office that is set up for public or client-facing virtual on-screen meetings and reliable phone.
- Evergreen will provide a computer (programs for position included in computer setup), two monitors, monitor stand, speakers, webcam, docking station, wireless keyboard and mouse, and surge suppressor.
- We are a fully remote telecommute organization. This position offers a significant amount of flexibility in line with meeting responsibilities and some evening, early morning and weekend meetings and events are inherent in this position.
- Must be located in the Rocky Mountain Power or surrounding territory, with a preference for locations in the Wasatch Front.
