AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Project Approval Analyst I to review and make final approval decisions on conventional condo projects through limited review and non-complex full reviews. The Project Approval Analyst I will become proficient with procuring condominium project review documents while also working with Sales and Operations Staff to obtain all necessary information to ensure the Condo Projects meet agency and investor eligibility criteria.

Qualifications:

• Prior condo, opening, processing, underwriting experience or a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.
• Ability to analyze documentation with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and solution oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong client service focus and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and ability to multi-task.

• May have to manage a number of issues at one time
• May be frequently interrupted to meet the needs and requests of employees and clients
• Environment may be busy and noisy
• Minimum 40 hour work week
• Must be available for by phone and email during scheduled work hours
• Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain
