As the Project Manager, you will engage directly with clients ensuring exceptional customer service, develop and present tailored digital solutions by demonstrating an understanding of how user experiences differ across various demographic groups and quickly adapt to new technologies. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years client facing PM role and demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and contribute to team success from day one. Requirements for the Part-time Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing project management role.
• Ability to identify and understand various benefits programs, without necessarily having HCM (Human Capital Management) industry experience.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is highly desirable but not required.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Compensation for the Project Manager:
•    Employment type: Contract
•    Schedule: PART TIME role, 24 hrs./week
•    Salary/Pay: $40-44/hr.
•    Location: 100% REMOTE (from TX/AZ/IN/KY/NC/GA/FL)
