Individuals in this role will be responsible for the definition, management and implementation of technology focused projects/programs.
Primary focus will be handling the lifecycle of business enhancement requests from requirement gathering to post-implementation, supporting long-term business strategies and technology consolidation, providing project support for app and product owners, helping prioritize the enhancement backlog and tracking benchmarks.

Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis
Establishing and managing to a robust end-to-end project plan supporting a common operating model and enabling technologies that have broad functionality to serve
Supporting teams who design new technologies
Facilitating meetings to gather business requirements, process flows and configuration requirements and translate into technology design and technical specifications for implementation
Managing end-to-end testing to drive issue free releases
Leveraging proven project management best practices, tools and artifacts for a structured and organized approach for all technology project implementations
Interfacing with all levels of cross functional business, operational, technology and market level resources to gather, document and deploy technology solutions that meet regional needs
Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired regional outcomes and overseeing planning and flawless execution of the work
Presenting to senior leadership on project status aligned with plans, risk mitigation strategies and change management
Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs
Conducting analyses, needs assessments gap analysis and solutioning, and helping to broker other technology solutions
Overseeing and reporting on vendor solutions, including KPIs to ensure benchmarks are met

Undergraduate degree or work equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in project management
Experience running projects in Agile methodology
Intermediate technical knowledge to interpret network diagrams and business requirements
Experience working in a leadership role in a highly matrixed organization
Experience with Scrum and/or Agile methodology
Project Management Certifications (PMP)
3+ years of healthcare industry experience
Experience using project management solutions
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
Excellent written and communication skills

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
