This person owns the project management and implementation process for Client Life Care Solutions Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative, and Maternal Infant Care products. This position includes, but is not limited to, sales order review, project planning and documentation, resource coordination, and issues resolution.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Working primarily from a Client or home-based office location, the Remote Project Manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the project installation by:
1. Acting as the primary liaison between Client and customer project teams with onsite support from Service & Sales
2. Identify Client and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract
3. Creation, maintenance, and routing of formal project implementation timeline with collaboration between the customer, Client, and contract resources
4. Maintaining accurate project milestone date accuracy creating visible and predictable project data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting
5. Regular tracking and communication of implementation progress including project kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure. This includes tracking of equipment delivery, installation, and testing.
6. Identification, escalation, and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and Client operational targets
7. Lead implementation team during clinical “GoLive” of the equipment
8. Participation in process improvement initiatives

1. bachelor’s degree
2. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
3. Experience with large-scale project management where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule; construction, healthcare IT or equipment installations experience preferred
4. Demonstrated customer service experience working remotely with external customers in a clinical environment
5. Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors
6. Formal coursework in project management
7. Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry and Client products
8. Proficient in project Management Software such as MS Project
9. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
