About the Job
The Resident Administrator plays a vital role in supporting high-profile apartment communities through meticulous administrative duties and top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include managing applicant certifications and resident re-certifications, maintaining databases and filing systems, preparing compliance reports, organizing resident activities, and providing exceptional service to residents and vendors. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, with Yardi experience preferred), exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
