A Day in the Life of A Property Manager

As a Property Manager with HomeRiver Group, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and managing property owner investments. Your main objective will be to ensure the satisfaction of both our tenants and property owners while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential properties, including single-family and multi-family units.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and owner requests, providing prompt and efficient assistance.
  • Engage with prospective tenants through phone calls and in-person inquiries, showcasing our properties with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Supervise our property maintenance team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling basic property maintenance issues, from building upkeep to landscaping.
  • Oversee fundamental property accounting tasks, such as rent collection and invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in property management software, coupled with advanced MS Office skills.
  • A knack for quickly adapting to new computer systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in property management.
  • Experience in related fields such as management consulting, investment banking, or similar environments is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
