Job Overview:
We are seeking a PsyPact credentialed or PsyPact eligible Psychologist to join our team. As a clinician in our virtual pediatric practice, you will be asked to provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and parents. Given Little Dove's emphasis upon providing evidence-based care, it is preferable for clinicains to be trained in CBT, third-wave CBT therapies (eg ACT, DBT), or other evidence-based practices (EBP). Additional consultation and training upon EBP's is an option for interested clinicians.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and family counseling sessions
- Assess patient's mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapies
- Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of counseling

At minimum, the split is 65/35 (clinician favored) if 10 or fewer patients are seen per week. This can increase to a split of (75/25) for clinicians seeing higher number of patients per week

Qualifications:
-Valid credential as a PsyPact Psychologist or eligible for credentialing as a PsyPact Psychologist

-Licensed in good standing as a psychologist
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and parents with mental and behavioral health concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive environment
- Knowledge of psychological/counseling documentation requirements and ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications:

-Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends

-Openness to receiving training to work with patients with chronic medical concerns, in particular, congenital heart disease

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $95.00 - $150.00 per hour
