As a military Analyst, this person provides insights and advice on all aspects of military training contracts. Tracks the technical resources of the program and the state of the program’s capacity to use the provided technology. They understand the current state of fielded constructive and virtual simulations and fielded MCIS. They assess the ability of each contract to properly use available equipment and recommend staff training to close gaps.

They focus on technical requirements such as integrated classroom, staff certification, intelligence training, server status and training, RMF currency and others that arise. Specifically, this person develops the technical certification tracker and the training-cross training record to help the program meet obligations and see itself.

This position can be considered an on-call casual position.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A high level of experience with MTC Operations, all simulations used especially JLCCTC, and Army Training Doctrine.

  • Ten years of experience with Army Training in a Trainer or Evaluator Role. (Bachelors and masters degree can be used as substitute)

  • A strong communicator written and verbal that can ensure policies are clear, understood and disseminated.

  • A strong understanding of Knowledge Management and KM tools.

Salary Range: $73,300 - $109,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
