Job Overview:

We are an out-of-state Investment and Wholesaling Company with a Brokerage in IL seeking a dedicated entrepreneurial minded Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker to join our team. We contact the leads to confirm they want an offer, you only need to follow up, get info about the property and make the offer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong understanding of the market trends. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for evaluating properties, facilitating property transactions and ensuring smooth negotiations & closings

Responsibilities:

-List properties on the MLS
- Assist clients in buying & selling
- Make seller offers
- Field incoming offers and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research, determine property value & competitive selling prices - Coordinate property viewings
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is presented
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to close deals efficiently

Experience:

- Proven experience in real estate administrative tasks, specifically market analysis.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in negotiating deals to achieve favorable outcomes

In a nutshell, we need you to tell us the value of the property, make an offer and list it on the MLS once we put it under contract with the seller.
