Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure smooth transactions.
• Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to drive successful sales.
• Convert prospective homebuyers into qualified leads through diligent follow-ups and effective communication.
• Identify potential buyers and present them with tailored home options that fit their needs and budget.
• Organize open houses and introduce clients to their local real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License (we can assist in obtaining this if needed).
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market conditions and industry trends.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.
