**Overview:**

Join our team as a Real Estate Agent and embark on a rewarding career in the dynamic real estate industry. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying and selling properties.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value

- Maintain and update listings of available properties

- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

**Qualifications:**

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously

- Sales skills to effectively market and sell properties

- Ability to understand market trends and negotiate deals on behalf of clients

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and practices

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
