TheSFPropertyManagement Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Real Estate Broker to sponsor our company and help obtain our licensing. This role is crucial for our ongoing compliance and operational success. We are currently seeking to replace our existing real estate broker to better align with our operational needs and compliance standards. The decision to seek a new broker is driven by our commitment to uphold the highest standards of real estate practice as required by California law.

Responsibilities:

• Sponsor our company to ensure all licensing requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with California real estate laws.
• Serve as the designated broker of record for TheSFPropertyManagement and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid California Real Estate Broker License.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations and legal compliance.
• Ability to work closely with management.

Compensation:

• $60 per hour.
