In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging your network to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success. However, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in real estate.

Our tiered approach provides a clear path to increasing commission percentages as you achieve higher sales volumes, ensuring that your efforts are duly recognized and incentivized.
Standard Commission Split:
Tier 1 (0-5 Deals): 50% Agent / 50% Firm
Tier 2 (6-10 Deals): 55% Agent / 45% Firm
Tier 3 (11-15 Deals): 60% Agent / 40% Firm
Tier 4 (16+ Deals): 65% Agent / 35% Firm
Own Deal Commission Split:
Own Deal Split: 65% Agent / 35% Firm
Bonus/Incentives:
Benchmark Commission Bonus: Any deal that exceeds a predetermined benchmark commission will qualify you for a bonus. The specifics of the benchmark and bonus amount will be provided upon joining our team.
