We are an attorney/broker owned firm, specializing in residential, estate, and commercial sales.

We are seeking a Real Estate Salesperson/Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed real estate agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging your network to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success. However, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in real estate.

We're excited to offer a dynamic commission split structure designed to reward your hard work and success in closing deals. Our tiered approach provides a clear path to increasing commission percentages as you achieve higher sales volumes, ensuring that your efforts are duly recognized and incentivized.

Standard Commission Split:

  • For deals brought in through our firm's leads, the commission split starts at 50% for you and 50% for the firm.
  • As you continue to close deals, the commission split will gradually increase based on the following tiers:

Tier 1 (0-5 Deals): 50% Agent / 50% Firm
Tier 2 (6-10 Deals): 55% Agent / 45% Firm
Tier 3 (11-15 Deals): 60% Agent / 40% Firm
Tier 4 (16+ Deals): 65% Agent / 35% Firm

Own Deal Commission Split:

  • If you bring in your own deal, you automatically start with a more favorable split:

Own Deal Split: 65% Agent / 35% Firm

Bonus/Incentives:

  • In addition to the tiered commission split, we offer exciting bonus and incentive opportunities:

Benchmark Commission Bonus: Any deal that exceeds a predetermined benchmark commission will qualify you for a bonus. The specifics of the benchmark and bonus amount will be provided upon joining our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • List and sell residential or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

  • Sales Person License (Maryland)
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $64,220.11 - $173,254.32 per year
