Job Summary
Seeking an experienced recruiter to work on a temporary assignment for our Culinary division who will support staffing the cafes in high tech and social media clients in New York City and across the US.

Job Description
Essential Functions
  • Interview, screen, evaluate and hire employees in the Culinary division.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
  • Complete extensive necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background tests and document verification.
  • Work with Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' staffing requirement.
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Culinary Experience highly preferred; Maintenance, Facilities, or Janitorial recruiting experience is a plus.
  • 4 years sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Small-to-large office environment
  • Fast paced office environment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.
  • Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
