As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will execute effective recruiting strategies through advanced relationship management, drive processes and key market insights to influence and lead search strategy. You will act as a talent advisor and thought leader to our business partners and offer a great experience to candidates and hiring managers.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience- Required

5+ years of previous recruiting/sourcing experience ideally in dialysis but will consider strong healthcare recruiting experience- Required

Recruiting experience (high volume)- Required

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of team- Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other position applicable software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions- Required

UKG or Phenom experience- Preferred

• Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.51 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
