Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator needed for a fully remote contract opportunity with Yoh’s client.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator
  • Previous ATS experience
  • Paying $29 per hour; depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare and send offer letters to prospective employees.
  • Update Smartsheet throughout hiring process.
  • Provide quality onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
  • Order and Coordinate background screening and drug testing for candidates.
  • Monitor screening process and report candidate status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalate complex cases as per company policy.
  • Attend and participate in biweekly calls.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator
  • Previous ATS experience
