Position: Full-time, Referral Coordinator

Location: Remote

What Will I Be Doing?
As a Referrals Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our office, overseeing the Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte programs for Intake/placements remotely.

  • Processing and meticulously tracking referrals.
  • Assisting in the efficient assignment of cases to our dedicated staff.
  • Reviewing and accurately assigning clinical documentation.
  • Completing comprehensive assessments and essential documentation.
  • Actively participating in PQI (Performance and Quality Improvement) initiatives and contributing to strategic planning.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is not required but preferred
  • 2-years full-time documented child mental health experience post-human services Bachelor's level OR 1-year full time documented child mental health experience post-human services Master's level required.
  • Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license). required.
