Job Description

The Regional Account Executive plays a crucial role in advocating for outpatient theranostics services within the Baltimore and Princeton; targeting oncologists, urologists, and internal medicine physicians. As a key member of our team, the Regional Account Executive will cultivate and sustain partnerships with healthcare professionals, fostering referrals, act as the clinic liaison for our referring offices, and aid in the progression of pioneering oncology theranostics solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target key healthcare providers, including oncologists, urologists, and internal medicine physicians, within the specified geographic areas.

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare facilities.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.

  • Educate healthcare professionals on the latest advancements in theranostics services and their impact on patient care.

  • Schedule and attend physician to physician meetings, educational lunch sessions, and conference speaking arrangements.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our outpatient theranostics services to healthcare professionals.

  • Address inquiries promptly and provide relevant information to support informed decision-making.

  • Work closely with the physicians and operations team to ensure our clinical services are providing appropriate follow-up, customer service, and patient care for our referring physicians and patients.

  • Assess, confirm, and report operational issues creating resistance or operational challenges for our referring offices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, documenting all interactions and progress with potential clients.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record in healthcare or life sciences sales.

  • Experience calling on medical specialists (oncologist, urologist, and internal medicine specialists preferred)

  • Strong understanding of oncology, urology, and internal medicine specialties.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
