The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic territory by increasing sales and expanding relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customer. With an annual sales target assigned, exceeding that goal is the baseline expectation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in foodservice equipment or spare parts sales, coupled with a strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commissions, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities, contacting prospects, and presenting AllPoints Foodservice products (e.g., parts, small ware, and accessories).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their needs.
- Design marketing initiatives aligned with customer needs and AllPoints’ sales goals.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the value of AllPoints Foodservice and MAVRIK parts to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery to customers.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the foodservice community.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Track sales activities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and update customer interactions via CRM software (Salesforce), providing regular reports to management.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity in all client and colleague interactions, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the foodservice industry or restaurant background is a plus
- Formal sales training is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Must have experience selling into Service Professionals
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Emphasis on PowerPoint and experience making sales presentations to clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and learn new products or services.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service, always striving to exceed client expectations.
Work Environment:
- Frequent driving to client sites
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
- Remote work and shared office space arrangements as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
