FARRAR has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Business Development Manager! This position is the primary business development driver for our Life Sciences engineered solutions business nationally. This role focuses on turning up “net new” business and developing long-term relationships with general contractors, architects & engineering firms' indirect accounts. The successful candidate will be respected among high-level decision-makers in our industry as a “trusted advisor” and will have the ability to communicate a crisp vision of what FARRAR brings to the Life Sciences space.
This position has been designated as Remote, and work will be performed in the United States.

This position is remote within a geography: New England (states include Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont)

Compensation:
Total Target Compensation: $150,000 - $235,000 based on role, location, commissions, etc.
Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
