About the role

Relationship Advisor MRC or Call Center Rep will work directly on our Member Relationship Center (MRC) team. The primary responsibility of the MRC Relationship Advisor/Call Center Rep is to create an amazing Member experience for our members who choose to use our phone, online, and mobile delivery channels to interact and conduct business with us. The Call Center Rep position demonstrates an understanding of, and belief in, Mazuma’s culture and core values. This Team Member will work with Members and Team Members directly and indirectly to engage and connect, evaluate to identify needs, educate on solutions, and enrich the lives of our members through outstanding service delivery.


**(This role does have the potential to work from home for a portion of the time based on performance!)**


To be successful as the
Relationship Advisor MRC or Call Center Rep we are looking for someone with:


  • 1 year call center or similar experience required
  • 1 year customer service or similar required
  • 1 year of sales and/or advising or similar required
  • 1 year financial institution experience preferred
  • 1 year consumer lending experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for internal candidates


Other Skills:


  • Well-organized, good mathematical ability, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Required to work at any credit union location that may include extended hours, holidays, or Saturdays
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel), as well as advanced keyboarding skills

Education/Certifications/Licenses:


  • Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent
