We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team! You will help us build, grow, and preserve trusting relationships with our community partners in the real estate space. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s growing presence in Las Vegas.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, work with various community sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with potential referral partners. We also expect you to be a growth-oriented strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter hungry to leverage their marketing and business development skills. Ultimately, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our community partners to boost our brand and profits in the long run while creating long-term relationships and growing alongside a fast-growing company.

$70,000 - $110,000 yearly

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or Business Development Associate, ideally with real estate industry experience
• Real estate license preferred but not required
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Experience in real estate industry sales or customer service is preferred
