Pelican Larry’s is a well-established, locally owned, and operated full-service restaurant and bar focused on providing our guests with exceptional food, drinks, and service. We are currently hiring remote Call Center Agent for our unique, dual-concept Pelican Larry’s and Off the Bone BBQ location in the University Village Shops. As a Pelican Larry’s Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing each guest with an exceptional detail, Listen and asks questions to identify customer needs and provides corresponding solutions (e.g. call transfer, scheduling, answer to questions, etc.). Determines urgency of calls and contacts appropriate parties as necessary.
