Job Description

Salary: $23.41 - $32.61 Hourly

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and effectively address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Identify and escalate any unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate departments for further assistance
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers over the phone
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and proficiently use relevant software applications
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
