- Handle inbound calls from customers and effectively address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers

- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate departments for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers over the phone
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to navigate computer systems and proficiently use relevant software applications
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
