Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat-based interactions in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing attentive and personalized support
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in using chat-based support tools and systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
