Job Description

Salary: $24.19 - $35.33 Hourly

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain customer records and updates in the CRM system
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
