Job Description

Georgia Based Clinical Care Provider - BCBA (Full-time or part-time)
Remote, Georgia, or within a 50 mile radius of state line

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate BCBA to join our dynamic pediatric outpatient clinic. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges. You’ll collaborate with a team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver the highest quality care in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with ASD and related disorders.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions in a clinic setting.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure client success.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff in the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, to provide integrated care.
  • Work closely with families to provide parent training and support, fostering a holistic approach to therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Bilingual a PLUS!
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in a clinical, educational, or home-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful progress.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per hour
