We are currently looking to add a Remote - Project Manager I that will play a critical role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, both new builds and remodels. They're responsible for everything from initial planning and budgeting to coordinating construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage all aspects of the construction process.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with client real estate teams, internal idX team members, external developers, and contractors to assess, plan, and document construction projects.

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including design, budgeting, permits, contracts, and delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. - Conduct site visits to verify work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and standards. - Serve as the liaison between idX and state and city agencies and boards regarding planning and construction matters. - Manage the "punch list" to ensure all work is completed for construction projects and fulfill closeout requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, highly preferred
- Must have a proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Programs such as Work and Excel
- Ability to travel to support projects work across the US
- Architectural/Interior Design technical knowledge expertise is a plus!
- Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking
- Ability to express oneself professionally utilizing both verbal and written communications
- Organizational skills and a team player mentality is critical

Compensation & Benefit Information:
Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually dependent on experience
