Position Overview:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for facilitating the onboarding of new hires in a designated region, including, but not limited to paperwork for background and drug testing and related forms
  • Serve as key contact for all candidate issue resolution during onboarding
  • Launch and track new hire background and drug screens
  • Serve as main point of contact between SiteOne and vendor for system troubleshooting
  • Launch new hire onboarding
  • Collaborate with other Recruiting Coordinators on daily tracking of background progress
  • Manage & resolve any background flags and adjudication issues in coordination with the HR team and ensure appropriate action is taken to expedite
  • Enter new hires into ADP and ensure proper first day set up
  • May serve as backup for other HR Support positions as necessary; performs other duties as assigned
  • Serve as liaison between recruiting team, applicants, hiring managers and HR Services to assist with needs such as Benefits, Payroll, PTO, etc.

Skills We Are Seeking::

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR or Recruiting support experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent the organization in a professional and energetic manner
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, time management & organizational skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, ADP knowledge a plus
