Job Description

Do you have a desire to help & serve people? Are you good in working with People? Desire a true work from home position? Have a great balance with your family and friends? Want to avoid paying the high gasoline prices? If so, we need to talk!

We essentially respond to individuals, families, and business owners asking for help with their life insurance needs (final expense & mortgage protection) as well as for supplemental health, Medicare, and Wealth Management needs. Our proven process allows you to work virtually from home to help these individuals and families. We call & text people to set up appointments to meet with them in their home or virtually from our homes! There is NO COLD CALLING – just book appointments with those asking for help.

Part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible work times & schedules. Full-time is working 5 days a week. Starting out, earn $500 (or more) on average per family whom you help obtain their requested insurance coverage. This is a COMMISSION ONLY - 1099 job.

Hold a Life & Health Insurance Producer license or work with us to obtain one quickly! We provide you with a deep discount on required pre-licensing training.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments by text from those who are requesting insurance coverage
  • Virtually meet with clients to present their insurance options available to them
  • Copy and use the proven sales process and agency building system already in place
  • Develop an understanding of the different insurance products available and who is eligible for the products
  • Promptly respond to and help clients
  • Tools to manage and expand client relationships
  • Provide a positive environment to your clients & team members

Qualifications:

  • Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License, or ability to obtain one quickly
  • Excellent People and Communication Skills
  • Strong "Likeability" and Interest in Helping People
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude and Team Player
  • Self-Motivated, Disciplined, and Goal Oriented Individuals
  • Great Listeners who are Teachable
  • Live in the U.S. with your own reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma required
