What will I be doing?
As a Specialist Reconnection, you would be responsible for the assigned members “reconnection to and recapturing” of their loyalty and commitment. The Specialist will manage their portfolio of members from initial contact through successful reconnection of the member with the program. Successful reconnection/ "Save" will be determined by the customer made current on all delinquencies including Maintenance fees and Loan payments, if applicable and/ or provides proof they are no longer working with a Third Party Exit Company (TPE), if applicable. Should both of these apply, then both must be met to be considered a "save".
