Join our Pacific Cycle (PCG) team in Bentonville as a Replenishment Analyst. This role will work closely with the Walmart (WM) replenishment team and our internal Supply & Demand Planning team in to ensure the maintenance of excellent store level in stock and inventory flow/control, while maximizing efficiencies within the supply chain. The key focus will be execution of supply chain tasks to ensure strong service levels with Walmart.

While this role reports out of our Madison, WI corporate office, we are looking for someone to sit in Bentonville, AR and will work remotely.

Below are some (but not all) of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Utilize historical sales, market trends, promotional calendar, and customer data to help forecast sales, inventory, and shipments for various products, channels, and time horizons.
  • Track and communicate forecast KPIs and variances with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Product Development teams, providing actionable recommendations to minimize forecast error.
  • Analyze customer KPI performance and trends, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF)/Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP), inventory levels, in-stock positions, customer forecasts, and transportation metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving organizational goals and enhancing service levels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail accounts and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Support Joint Business Planning meetings and processes with both customer and internal teams.
  • Assist internal Order Management team to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal transportation teams, facilitating event planning and resolving logistical issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, or a closely related field.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a seasonal industry given industry planning dynamics.
  • Proven success in an inventory management and/or supply planning, MRP, forecasting, or closely related role.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems as well as Excel and database applications.
  • Strong business analytics skills with a focus on statistic and scenario analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP-APO and the demand planning process. Working knowledge of software related to demand planning is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; enthusiastic and ability to communicate ideas assertively.
