1. Travel to payee offices and beneficiary homes to conduct interviews, site tours, review financial records, and assess health and safety concerns or other unmet needs
2. Complete, reconcile, and upload Excel financial worksheets and interview forms as well as complete submission screens in SSA payee computer system
3. Analyze financial records and interview responses to detect inconsistencies and/or financial misuse
4. Create scheduling and corrective action letters for payees and beneficiaries and maintain appointments/deadlines on Microsoft Outlook
5. Organize and break down large faxes to isolate needed docs for uploading
6. Quality check cases submitted by review team and send necessary corrections
7. Conduct outreach calls/mailings related to the payee program
8. Assist with orientation of new reviewers and creation of training materials through PowerPoint and other means
9. Maintain record of all confidential document collection and destruction by the team as well as any SSA equipment held
10. Complete any necessary referrals when needed based on issues/complaints
11. Provide information on properly conducting representative payee duties to payee’s, beneficiaries, and outside entities when needed
Other Responsibilities:
1. Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and monthly all staff meetings.
2. Participate in applicable DRP or outside trainings
3. Contribute to DRP year-end program performance and Board reports
4. Timely filing of bi-weekly timesheets, reimbursements, and other DRP required paperwork
5. Adhere to company standards as outlined in policies and procedures
6. Complete other delegated duties as assigned
