We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Requirements Analyst to join our team.
As our Requirements Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in driving technical projects forward. Under general supervision, you will gather and document project requirements and validate that those requirements are understood and completed. You will also document business logic and assist in organizing feature requests into logical projects and roadmaps.
- Gather and document detailed project requirements through stakeholder interviews and research
- Write user stories and serve as a product owner on Agile or Hybrid projects when requested
- Validate that project requirements are understood and completed
- Document business logic
- Assist in organizing feature requests into logical projects and roadmaps
- Determine business value and priority of defects and change requests
- At least one year of experience writing requirements for software projects
- Thorough understanding of web development processes and the software development life cycle
- Comfortable working in a waterfall, agile or hybrid project management methodology
- Ability to read and understand Java code
