As a member of our Resolutions team, you will be responsible for delivering BBB's core services such as conciliation, mediation and arbitration programs.

As a Resolution Coordinator, you'll

Process all complaints received from consumers using our database
Coordinate and facilitate arbitrations, mediations, settlement agreements and security accounts as needed for non-accredited businesses.
Maintain accurate business complaint records, letters and complete all clean-up reports as assigned.
Process customer reviews for your assigned caseload.
Process all database maintenance clean-up as it relates to your complaint caseload
Conduct File Reviews and coordinate efforts with Investigations Team regarding patterns of complaints
Answering public phone lines as back-up for Phone Staff department
Special projects and duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field a plus
2-5 years in customer service-related position with a strong emphasis on conflict resolution
Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism
Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 products
