Our company

Medspa Circle enables Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Aesthetic Registered Nurses, to open up their own medspa.

Medspa Circle is the fastest growing aesthetics Medspa with locations across the country.

We are looking for a Customer service representative with excellent patient relationship skills and also sales experience. You will be cold calling and booking patients.

This is a Full Time position, 40 hours per week.

The candidate will work remotely.

Job Requirements

Must have a passion for helping people and listening to people to help them get their best results. Be an expert with computers, scheduling appointments, and multitasking. Must be able to work from home and have a strong work ethic. Must be able to be on the phone for 8 hours a day handling patients, cold calling, sales and not get burned out.

Must have at home fully remote work experience.

Must be able to learn all locations different pricing and memorize.

Must be able to answer fb/instagram messages/comments for all locations.

Schedule:
9am-5:30pm PST with 30min lunch or till 6pm PST with an hour lunch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
