Inside Sales Solutions (isaless.com) has immediate openings for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our cutting-edge company!

As a Sales Development Representative, you will cold call, build a pipeline, and create relationships over the phone. Energetic, motivated, and competitive people will thrive in this uncapped commission opportunity with a progressively increasing base pay and PTO as you hit performance metrics. Some day-to-day activities of this job include:

  • Connecting and developing relations with prospects over the phone
  • Identifying decision makers and highlighting new opportunities
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
  • Sourcing and prioritizing target account lists

What we expect our SDR’s to bring to the table:

  • A motivated and goal-oriented personality with a self-starter attitude
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, NY, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI
  • ***A newer computer (within the past 5 years, at least an i5 processor and 16gb of RAM) -Internet speed of at least 50mbps down and 20mbps up-Wired internet connection-Wired headset, webcam, mouse and 2nd monitor***
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of sales or business development experience is aplus
  • Interest in prospecting or cold calling
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus- fluent in English and French, German, or Spanish

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position and will require a quiet/private work environment, with a secure internet connection, with constant use of a computer, headset, camera, mouse, keyboard, desk/table, electricity, and comfortable chair during working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Frequent and repetitive movement of hands and arms is required as SDR will be constantly operating a computer and VoIP system and must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the day.

The ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with headset and camera to Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself and Exchange information with prospects, clients, managers, and staff regarding campaigns. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Must be able to adhere to a structured schedule and be ready to perform any/all job duties by 8:30am EST Monday-Friday.

Salary: $35-80K, base and commission
