Summary: The position ensures daily revenue goals are being met by calling prospective clients using a consultative approach to introduce businesses to Universal Background’s products and services. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Execution, Ownership, First Team, and Design in their daily responsibilities, which include:


Responsibilities


  • Execution

  • Build and nurture relationships with customer and prospects

  • Maintain proficiency with our CRM, using Salesforce to optimize prospecting, and accurately updating opportunities with current statuses within the sales cycle

  • Strive to hit all daily sales calls including outbound phone and email contacts

  • Maintain a high tempo of outbound sales calls and emails during the workday

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ownership

  • Achieve daily activity goals

  • Achieve monthly bookings and revenue goals

  • Drive revenue generation

  • Become a trusted advisor to your prospects and clients

  • Design

  • Identify prospect needs and motivation for their requests

  • Create presentations and perform follow up calls in closing deals

  • Develop lead qualification process to ensure closing ratio
