As a critical part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build our outbound sales team. This position would be a position reporting directly to the President of Sales & Professional Services. The right person will be able to start selling as an individual contributor while working toward building a team in the second half of 2024. This is a potentially career making opportunity as you?ll work with an accomplished team and be able to make your mark on a company as it scales.


What your day to day will look like

  • Work from anywhere. Company is based in New Jersey, but you can work remotely.
  • Partner with an accomplished CRO and industry experts. You?ll own the front end of the sales process, including identifying targets as well as the strategies to engage and nurture them. Onco, Inc. currently works with a marketing agency who can help in executing lead development strategies.
  • Build a pipeline through outbound strategies and help optimize processes through weekly, monthly and quarterly review of metrics with leadership team to perfect go to market fit and refine to ensure success of future reps.
  • Run a full sales process from lead generation to discovery, demo, proposal development, negotiations and closing to bring in net new business. Build relationships and help coordinate buyer stakeholders and tasks. You will have the support of product specialists, professional services and the leadership team with over 3 decades of expertise in the field.
  • Work with existing clients for upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic meetings which may include competitive analysis, pricing strategy, sales process design/refinement, etc.
  • Help build a culture of go-getters who want to make a difference in the fight against cancer while building an amazing company.

What you?ll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of healthcare software experience OR being a CTR by training OR working in a cancer delivery organization
  • A particular point of view about how to sell in today?s B2B world and a long-term sales career mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
